The practice

An experienced professional, now advising the organisations that shape the game.

More than thirty years in tennis and squash coaching, programme design, and international consultancy. The career has progressed steadily from club-level coaching in the United Kingdom to directing multi-age programmes and building a network of collaborations with coaches and centres worldwide.

World Tennis Pro specialises in progressive coaching pathways, player development at every level, school and community links, and the sharing of best practice across borders. The work is practical. It is informed by decades on court, and structured for organisations that need clear operating models — not another slide deck.

Primary revenue is earned through business-to-business consulting fees, monthly client retainers, and project-based advisory contracts.

What we do

Three lines of work, one standard of delivery.

Academy management, event advisory, and player development — offered as retainers or defined projects.

Tennis academy management

Operating models, coaching structures, staffing, and the commercial architecture that keep a centre viable. Counsel for owners and directors who need the academy to run as a business without losing the quality of the floor.

Sports event advisory

From club opens to international fixtures. Planning, delivery, stakeholder management, and the operational detail that makes an event feel inevitable rather than improvised.

Player development programmes

Progressive pathways for juniors, adults, and high-performance players. Curriculum design, coach education, and measurement that maps to actual improvement — at every level, not only the top of the pyramid.

Coaching pathways

Progressive frameworks that take players from first lessons to performance environments without losing the thread.

School and community

Links between clubs, schools, and local programmes so talent and participation are not left to chance.

Best practice, shared

Cross-border collaboration with coaches and centres — the methods that travel, adapted to the place they land.

How we work

A short engagement model, designed to hold.

Discover

We start with the organisation as it is: courts, coaches, calendar, culture, and commercial reality. No imported template until the facts are clear.

Design

Pathways, operating models, and commercial strategy written for the people who will run them — directors, head coaches, and the staff on the floor.

Embed

Implementation support, coach development, and the unglamorous work of making a programme hold across a season, not a workshop weekend.

Advise

Ongoing retainer counsel as the organisation grows across seasons and borders. Quiet, practical, available when the next decision arrives.

International presence

Working where the game is growing.

Trading across the United States, Puerto Rico, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia — with a network of coaches and centres that already spans those markets.

Engagements structured as monthly retainers or defined project contracts.
